With so many weight loss diets, plans, programs and unusual methods popping up like popcorn, it's really getting difficult to identify the best way to lose weight.

I'm a big advocate of healthy weight loss, so I don't like methods that produce weight loss result at the expense of your health. If you want to stay slim, at the same time, healthy, stay with me and I'll show you what constitutes a healthy weight loss and the best way to help you remove those ugly slabs of fat off your belly, thighs and buttocks.

What is Healthy Weight Loss?

Just bear this in mind, you should never attempt any weight loss method that requires unnatural jab (like B12 shots) or eating tons of meat (like those low-carb high-protein meat-laden diet) and lack the absorption of various nutrients or whatsoever.

Our body is very sensitive to anything that tries to destroy our health. Just a little side effect is enough to show that you're not doing the right thing. For example, you laze around the whole day doing nothing but stuffing chips into your mouth. When you get up and move, you feel sluggish and clumsy.

What does that tell you? Your body doesn't like such sedentary lifestyle. You need to move a lot to keep your body actively healthy.

You take B12 shots, then you feel bloated at your tummy, or your menstrual cycle becomes heavier and longer (for women), or your visit to the bathroom becomes more frequent due to an upset stomach, or you feel pain all around the injection area.

What does that tell you? Your body cannot take in vitamins via such unnatural jab, unless your health is at stake due to B12 deficiency, not injecting for the purpose of weight loss.

You eat lots of meat for 3 full days in consecution for your high-protein weight loss diet, then you find hard to get those wastes staggering inside your tummy out of your butt.

What does that tell you? You're not getting enough fiber for proper excretion. Obviously, this is not the best way to lose weight.

These are just few examples of adverse effects produced by unnatural means of losing weight. There are a whole lot which will take forever to list, but I'm not going into that.

Just remember, the best way to lose weight is through eating the right foods (particularly whole natural foods) that cover the entire spectrum of nutrients for your body and couple your healthy weight loss diet with regular exercises.

That is the ultimate solution for permanent fat loss and good health for life.

Best Way to Lose Weight

I highly recommend eating vegetarian diet for weight loss. This is by far the most natural method for healthy weight loss because you're not ingesting anything that can harm your health, but yet you're getting all essential nutrients your body needs for optimal cell growth and maximum fat loss. It's the best way to lose weight, indeed.

You can try eating whole natural plant-based foods for 3 consecutive days without any meat, you'll realize you become more energetic, your body feels great and your visit to the bathroom for waste excretion becomes more frequent and smoother.

What does that tell you? Your body loves it!

3 days is not enough to see much weight loss. Do it for 10 days at least, and you'll jump with ecstasy. You'll find your skin improving and smoother too. What do those positive "side effects" tell you? Vegetarian diet is what your body wants for healthy weight loss.

You don't have to take my word for it, go try it out yourself. But make sure you ingest the right type of vegetarian diet for weight loss. Some vegetarian diets can be harmful too. So, exercise precaution when selecting.
