Energy is very important in life as we wake up, go to work, and have busy lifestyles with families or even just ourselves. It seems as time passes there is more and more to do each day. Most people find themselves very overwhelmed and exhausted come the end of the week and look for solutions. Some people have all the intention to have lots of energy each day but find them selves drinking coffee or going for a sweet treat. These can be temporary fixes but what will really enhance their energy?

Vitamins are good energy boosters but what about making sure your body has the right balance so your stomach doesn't feel sick. Exercise is among one of my favorites as it has a blend of muscle building and also stretching out the stress. My pulse increases and I meet my target heart rate and life seems brighter. Another way to increase energy is sleep but it needs to be high quality deep sleep to ensure a healthy body and mind. What about the people you associate with. Sometimes they increase your confidence and energy and other times they seem to drain you. We cannot live without people around us but we must effectively take a stand to the word "no" once in a while. I find that when I do random acts of kindness my energy level increases.

Then there are metaphysical ways to reach a high point of energy through meditation and reiki. Within the realm of our deepest soul we can find energy much greater than us but connected to us. As I tap into this source I feel more at one and grounded in my world. Also through use of affirmations of the spoken word my self becomes more powerful and strong. Positive thinking and events to look forward to help in this very dysfunctional world we call life.

The bees are mysterious in their unique way of gathering energy. The worker bee simply ingests a secretion from the pharyngeal glands of another worker bee which turns him into a queen bee. This secretion is a super food called Royal Jelly and stimulates rapid growth and development. The queen bee outlives the average worker bee 40-1 living approximately 4 years while the worker bee only lives 4 months average. The queen bee also grows 50% larger and produces eggs 11/2 times their body weight. Energy and longevity are the natural components of Royal Jelly.

What the bees figured out is eat the super food for maximum energy which provides Vitamin B, Amino Acids, Protein, Lipids, and Carbohydrates and it couldn't be more natural straight from the bee! This is not a manmade substance yet some companies blend this super food into facial creams, shampoos, conditioners, and of course daily supplements for men and women to increase their quality of life.

In conclusion, there are many ways to optimize your health and be your best but when it comes down to it you are what you feed yourself. This includes what you believe about yourself and also down to your diet, and lifestyle of exercise and adequate sleep. I want to live to see 100 and will do my best each day to be aware and then take the right actions!
