The body is such a unique structure holding structures of protein throughout. We think it is simple as long as we eat some sources of protein each day that our body will function properly but many variables can happen within the body. The protein is used for the growth and repair of cells and digestion too. They can also help our body fight off disease with their antibody qualities too. Our memory and our nervous system also depend highly on them as well. Proteins in the body are thousands of amino acids formed into chains. While some of these are recycled with their own body tissue while others are nurtured through dietary proteins. The body has stresses upon it from day to day activities and cannot possibly recycle all of these which demands excess protein. The only problem with enhancing protein is that what the body does not use to repair and rebuild and function throughout it will then convert to fat.
The body is asking for the essential amino acids made up in protein to help the body and our food we eat has a combination of essential and non essential. Protein is not found in any sugar or oil either. One of the essential amino acids phenylalanine is found in the aspartame artificial sweetener. Fresh royal jelly has naturally in it all the essential amino acids that the body needs in a pure and natural form. It is found by many health professionals that lack of even one of the essential amino acids can cause you to lose muscle. There are 20 amino acids in all and 9 of them are considered essential to ingest because the body is unable to manufacture them and the remaining 11 are non essential because the body knows how to produce them on its own.
Foods that are high in protein and the essential amino acids are: eggs being number one, fish, meat, and milk, grain with legumes, soybeans, oatmeal, rice, and whole grain bread. Food that is high in protein quality has the most essential amino acids for the body.
In conclusion, it is good to have protein in your diet not too much but not too little as each person requires different amounts and a way to do this is to take your weight and put it into to kilograms and then multiply that number by 0.8 to assume how many grams of protein you should consume daily. When body building make sure to eat carbohydrates as well as exercise builds muscle not extra doses of protein but instead your required amount for your weight. Being healthy really improves the quality of your life and everyone around you too!
