It can take several months to get on page one of Google for keywords which is why this is a long term marketing technique.

If you can hold a spot in the top five on a major search engine like Google, your traffic volume is going to soar. Every time someone searches using the keyword you are targeting, they are going to see your ad. You are bound to create legitimate results off of this.
