As most of us may feel, carpet cleaning is not the hardest thing on earth! As a matter of fact, cleaning and maintaining the carpets on a daily basis makes the whole work a lot simpler. The carpets that we see in the markets today are made with new fibres and are capable of resisting stains and soil. So if, you have bought one recently, you are saved to a great extent!

By vacuuming your carpets in a correct manner, you ensure a perfect carpet cleaning process. If the carpets are vacuumed on a regular basis by maintaining a strict order andpunctuality, then it not only increases the life of the carpets but also improves their appearance. Experts suggest that carpets should be cleaned at least once a week, which actually is not acceptable at all, especially in cases where you have more than one carpets and too many rooms. Thus, carpet can be cleaned at least twice a week. In fact, surprisingly, there is whole math involved for vacuuming schedule! Example, if you have two members in your family, you must vacuum your carpets twice and so on.

For carpet cleaning to be effective, it's important to use the proper tools and cleaning equipment. A vacuum cleaner that has a dual motor feature, inclusive of both suction power and rotation brush, is just the one you are looking for. The rotation brush doesn't only de-soilyour carpet but it also sucks out the soil on the reverse side of the carpet. Keep in mind to check out the length of the vacuum cleaners brush and make sure it is adjacent to the fibres.

Carpet cleaning is not just about using a vacuum cleaner but more importantly, using the same in an appropriate manner. To get a clean carpet, while vacuuming, you must push the cleaner in a slow motion and in a to and fro motion so that it effectively sucks out all the soil and dust. If the carpets are very dirty, it is advisable to vacuum them at least three times by slowly stroking in various directions.

Tip: It's recommended to sprinkle some salt on the carpet just before carpet cleaningas this is will definitely result in making your carpet look bright and shiny!

Carpet cleaning doesn't really end here; its maintenance is equally essential. Most importantly, you must maintain and store the vacuum cleaner in a proper manner so that in the next cleaning session, you get the same service as you got in the first one. Make sure to keep the hoses, brushes and other things clean and replace the ones that get worn out.
