3 things to look out for that will put you above the rest in terms of your chances of making a full-time income from home.

Ease of Setup

If your home business setup is too complicated then you are never going to get off the ground. How knowledgeable are you in setting up websites? Would you even know where to start? Don't be embarrassed, you are no different than 99% of newcomers to online business and I was no different.

So, you want to look for something that is simple to set up with step by step instructions. Better still, if possible look for a business in a box, ie. one that is setup for you for a small fee. Believe it or not, there are some entrepreneurs online that will set up your home business for you provided you join their downlines in some companies.

Does the Program Have a Residual Income?

Residual income is the concept where you do the work once and the income keep coming. For instance, I am affiliated with a web hosting company. This company charges $30 per month for their service. For every new recruit I bring them, they give me $10 of this $30 monthly fee, every month that the recruit remains a customer. So from one member I stand to make $120 per year, if they stay with the same company. Can you see how powerful this is?

Why just get paid once when you can get paid forever? Make sure your business opportunity comprises a monthly residual income before getting started.

Are Current Members Finding Success?

This goes hand in hand with the length of the program. If a business opportunity does not provide a successful turnkey system for it's members or downlines then it will quickly fold. So if a business has been going for 3 years or more, then it is a better bet than something that has not proven itself worthy of your efforts.

You can also check out the experiences of any established business by searching out current members via Google. Most online successful businesses have support ir discussion forums. From there you can find out just how successful other members have been with your prospective company.

If you follow the guidelines above then you will have a better chance than most with your new work at home business.
