One option is to have your employees figure things out for themselves; while this does work, it takes far too much time (time which could be better spent producing work for your business). You'll also need to make sure that there are enough computers for the training firm to use as well - or notify them that they'll need to bring their own.

As far as software installation goes, this is something that most of the companies who provide corporate Adobe software training can provide as part of their package of services. However, if your company already has the software you'll need, then you can feel free to have your own IT department install the software on the workstations your creative staff will be using.
