Fortified wines are another premium wine produced in Australia by mixing up alcohol in the wine during the process of fermentation. Liqueur Muscat is one such well-known fortified wine, which is made with faded and drooped grapes, allowing it to become rich and sweet in its flavors and texture.
McLaren Vale region in South Australia hosts the best red grape cultivation of Australia, Shiraz.
