4. I will take advantage of all my camcorder's features. From zoom to night vision, the latest camcorders are packed with cool useful features. Make this the year you take advantage of them. 5. I will bring my camera with me to more special occasions. It's easy to head out the door for a family gathering or quick weekend trip without bringing along your trusty camcorder. But that means you'll be missing the chance to capture once-in-a-lifetime moments on video.

6. I will learn how to edit. Using your digital camcorder and your PC, you can create polished home movies with graphics, soundtracks and more. Home-based editing tools may seem a little intimidating at first, but they are all built for the new user - so dive in and create your own blockbuster.
