I have a cross trainer at home and it is in constant use, I work out on it whist watching tv and dvds and can spend two hours a day burning two thousand calories. I would recommend purchasing a cross trainer to anyone whose couch lifestyle is impacting upon their health.

The process of getting fit is an easy one once you have scaled what I term the 2 week wall. Getting off the couch and starting on a Lakeland fitness center cross trainer or treadmill is hard only in your head. Once you have the routine programmed in your head, the benefits will start to show within the space of a week. Although it can take years to lose 200 pounds, starting now is the best thing you could do for your health.
