Article marketing, as I'm sure you have heard or read, is very important in the work from home business. Many good byproducts occur from writing and submitting those articles to the many directories. You may not think you're are a great writer, and the good news is, you don't have to be. With the many topics available and the facts that can be easily obtainable, anyone can write an informative article. Increased writing of articles will sharpen your talent. You will get better with each article. Just like playing a sport, practice will make you better.

Articles give people the impression that you are a knowledgeable authority. Just the fact that you are published will impress many beginners. Most people have never written anything, let alone been published. Prospective subscribers and customers will see you as someone they can learn from, someone who has expertise. By giving good advice in a non-selling environment, you will build trust in a non-threatning way.

When you provide articles to the directories, you not only are providing valuable information, but webmasters who need content for their sites will want to use your articles to fill relevant content for their website and readers of that site. The articles are good content for your site as well. They not only provide back links to your site from the directories, but also from any site that uses your article. They are free to use your articles as long as they keep them intact, including your resource box with your website links. This is something that the search engines love, links back to your site that have relevant content.

The articles that you compose can also be added to an article archive on your site. Visitors who enjoy one of your articles may search your archives for other useful information. This provides relevant and targeted content to your site. Use some keywords and keyword phrases in your articles and that will help your seo (search engine optimization) rankings as well. Do not overdue the use of keywords so that the search engines don't see you as a spammer. Somewhere around 2 to 5% is plenty. People who are searching for terms that are included in your articles and website content, along with meta tags are more likely to find your site in their search. If you want to help your marketing efforts, especially free ones, write an publish some articles. My advice: Write, submit, repeat!
