Getting rid of those ugly love handles is not as complicated process as it may seem. The key factors of course are exercise and diet but we already knew that. The problem is that people are using the wrong exercises and they are not dieting the right way either.

I think it is safe to say that most people believe that starving themselves and not eating when they are hungry is a great way to lose weight. Actually, sure anytime you are limiting yourself on calories, yes you will lose weight. The only problem is that you are not actually preventing weight gain from happening in the future. So once you eat again like normal when you are hungry, and trust me you will, you will be more prone to put even more weight on when you do.

So if you are looking to lose the love handles and rid yourself of the ugly belly fat, you need to take a different approach and feed yourself when you are hungry. Just don't overdo it! In fact, you can eat fewer calories and still eat more throughout the day. Spread out your meals to 4 or 5 smaller meals each day rather than just 1 or 2. You will still lose weight by eating less calories, you won't be hungry, and you will speed up your metabolism to prevent you from putting the weight back on even if you do slip up every now and then.

Getting your diet right is only one aspect of losing the tire around your waste. The other is the exercises and workouts you use. Do not think for one second that you will be able spot reduce your belly fat by doing ab workouts every day. It's just not going to happen! Instead you need to focus your efforts on using full body workouts and exercises so that you are burning more calories and actually ridding your body of fat. Sit ups and crunches are not going to do this.

Using full body workouts and adding strength training into your workout routine will not only burn more calories while you workout, but your metabolism levels will spike for several hours after a good workout. This means you are going to burn even more calories and shed even more belly fat even when you are not working out! And the good news is that your love handles and belly flab is going the be the first place on your body that you will see results.

Now that you have the knowledge that you need to go out and lose those love handles, take it and apply it every day of your life. Those love handles are not going disappear without you taking action consistently and not without passion and vigor to make it happen.
