Exercise is an essential part of any weight loss plan. Despite our busy agendas, everyone really wants to understand which exercises will help us lose the most weight quickly and easily.

Method 3 - Running:
Running is one of the easiest and most fun exercises anyone can perform. You can run at home in your garden, round your local street, or even to local parks. You can also enjoy this with a friend or your partner.

Method 4 - Power Walking:
While walking is a great way to exercising aerobically, fast walking is much better for burning body fat. Be sure that you really stretch first. Some people may not be comfortable with running, or may not be fit enough to maintain momentum for long periods, so power walking is a great alternative to get you fitter and to improve your overall health.

Method 5 - Walking:
Walking is perhaps one of the more overlooked areas of exercise. Modern day lifestyles consist of travel via public transport and motor vehicles, and as such, less people are walking as often as they once were. You can even exercise without knowing it, by taking trips to local shopping areas without taking the car, or going hiking with friends and family.
