The vast majority of mobile home owners rent the space that their home occupies. While this situation suits some people perfectly fine, others will find that there's a certain pride in owning the land that a mobile home rests upon.

No matter what kind of home you live in, it's always comforting to know that your land is, well, your land. Why? When you own your land, you can place anything you like on it. From statues to blue grass - your land belongs to you, and not to any kind of landlord or rental agent.

Contrastingly, when you rent the land that your home sits upon, you are at the whim of your landlord. This often means that you must abide by certain rental rules, and it also means that you will have to pay a monthly fee.

In many ways, owning your own plot of land is an economical choice. Rather than pay a monthly rental fee to another person or company, you can simply purchase your land at once. This means that you won't have to pay that monthly rent any longer, which can be a great relief.

Of course, the only issue is that buying a plot of land (even in today's market) can be rather expensive. If you have found a piece of land that you like, but you can't afford to buy that piece of land, don't give up hope quite yet - there is a great way to gain the money that you need quickly.

Mobile home owners that have paid their homes in-full can apply for a title loan. This type of loan is issued by private lenders (not traditional banks), and it is solely based upon the worth of your mobile home. In short, you can use your mobile home as collateral to gain a large enough loan to purchase that plot of land that you have your eye on.

Car title loans only take a couple of hours (sometimes minutes) to process, and you don't have to worry about any extra paperwork. To obtain this kind of loan, simply contact a private lender, ask about car title loans, and see what kind of loan you can be approved for.

Right now, there are many great real estate deals available across Canada. Many of these deals include large plots of land that are being sold at all-time low prices. If you are tired of paying rent on a mobile home plot, consider investing in your own chunk of land with the help of a private car title loan.
