So if you want to get a job on a cruise ship then it's important to remember a few key rules to getting that dream job. The first thing to do is to send in your resume by post. This has a number of advantages over email, the biggest of which is that it is more likely to get read. Emails sometimes go straight to the junk mail folder, and are easy to delete and ignore. But a well-presented resume is sure to stand out and get noticed. Another way to get a head start when applying for a cruise ship job is to follow up sending your resume by sending a simple email to the company informing them that you have just sent it in by post. By doing this you instantly get recognized, helping them to remember your name when your resume lands on their desk. And that could mean the difference between getting noticed or not.
