There are ancient common laws that are universal, inimitable and invariable and which form the basis of the Law of Attraction. In order to bring these laws into our own lives we need to identify our own realities which we can do by simply altering our perspicacity so that we attract the positive in our lives rather than the negative. This positive focus brings intentional creation into operation and sets off the Law of Attraction to work to our advantage. The basic simplicity of the Law of Attraction will just apply what you have and then bring you more of the same, through the concept of 'like attracting like'.

Perpetuating the Present

A person feeling the negative emotions of sadness, guilt, low self-esteem, those who live their lives by giving reign to their negative emotions - these people will experience more of the same because that is how the Law of Attraction works. Whatever your primary focus is - whether that is weight loss, employment, money - the Law of Attraction takes whatever emotion you are projecting and escalates that so that those negative emotions become perpetuated. The good news is that the same happens for those who habitually express positive emotions and, with a little bit of effort, you can learn how to turn your life around by altering your negative responses to those that respond to more favorable responses from the Law of Attraction.

The ancient laws of the universe are hidden in the mists of time, so trying to figure out how this all works is probably not a good idea: all you really need to know is that it works. Once you are exuding positive, happy emotions and are confident and self-assured, the Law of Attraction will do the rest. There are always going to be people who need to know how something works - otherwise they tend to dismiss it as inconsequential wishful thinking. Advances in the neurosciences, however, has now found evidence that this wishful thinking is not so inconsequential after all.

Until recently the intricacies of the brain were largely an unknown field to scientists but, in the light of extensive research, scientists have now identified an area of the brain called the reticular activating system (RAS), that works in conjunction with our brain's visual field. Between the two, they identify our essential goals and bring our consciousness into play to create the necessary path to attain those goals while, at the same time, filtering out anything that is likely to detract from attaining those goals.

It has now been established that our goals are programmed into our sub-conscious minds through the activity of the reticular activating system - resulting in positive thinking and goal setting becoming a reality [and removing some of the mystery behind the Law of Attraction]. Moreover, it has been established that you really can alter how the Law of Attraction affects you and your future: if you alter your thinking and behavior to become more positive, your sub-conscious can be re-programmed by your reticular activating system and this will have a beneficial effect and positive impact on your life and your future.
