When you start your search you should be able to find a website that allows you to search by set criteria's such as location or dates. When it brings up the boutique hotels that are available you should be able to look at descriptions of services available as well as being able to see photos of the accommodation available. This should give you a firm idea of what you get for your money and whether or not it is somewhere that you would like to stay.
