Last season, did it feel like your first competition of the year came around before you were ready?

Last season, were you starting to play your best when the season suddenly seemed to end?

Last season, did you wish you could have stayed more consistent through the season?

If your answer is yes to one, two or all three questions then you are not alone. The vast majority of club players are rusty in the Spring and only really playing their best as the Autumn nights start to drawn.

Above all they are desperate for some feeling of consistency or reliability in their game.

Well it is possible to get going early, stay consistent right up until the end of the year, and it is easier than you think.

If you follow this simple 10 step method you will have a head start on most players, you'll eliminate the stress of inconsistency from you golf life and you'll open the gates to the opportunity for not just consistently playing well, but to consistently improving.

When was the last time you can look back and truthfully say you improved in the previous 6 months?

Handicap tables tell a sad tale, very few players change more than 0.5 of a digit in any season.

But here's how you can from now on:

Ten Steps To Achieving Golf Consistency And Your Best Season Ever

1. List all the areas of you game you think need improving.

2. Put them in order of priority - the priority being which areas affect your scores the most.

3. Identify the top 3.

4. Put them in order 1, 2, and 3.

5. Work on No.1 only until you make enough progress that you make a difference to you scores.

6. Start again; list the areas of your game in need of improvement.

…Note, important note: this will be different to the previous list you made, almost certainly, so expect something new to be in the top 3.

7. Prioritise them again

8. List the Top 3

9. Put them In order

10. Work on the No.1 area you need to improve on to see your scores improve.

This simple 10 step method is so effective and yet it is overlooked by nearly all golfers - definitely by all the players who end this season scoring no better than they did last year.

Now, before you read on, you must do something…if you are serious about improving, you'll do this NOW…

TAKE STEP 1

Go on, have you done it?

What areas of your game need working on?

Make a list before you read on passed this point.

Ok, now you have a list you can start setting priorities, and working through the Ten Steps.

Every time you play, after all your practice sessions you can do this exercise, and if you do you will be on your way to continual improvements you have never seen before.

Your golfing life will never be the same again.

So, if you didn't start your list go ahead and do it now.
