The Invicta Speedway is a classically styled chronograph in the Invicta Mens Watch line. It has stayed true to its history with bold accents that are able to match both business and casual attire. There are three subdials that can measure time within 1/60th of a second and up to thirty minutes of elapsed time, with start, stop, and reset functions. Operations on the Invicta Speedway are very useful and straightforward, such as keeping track of time even when paused. A bezel is engraved with hourly markings. A mineral crystal sticks up slightly from this bezel, with the inside edges sometimes giving off a blue to green-gray hue, depending on the lighting.

The Invicta Speedway is placed in a hard-case of stainless steel , though, as with many of the Invicta Mens Watch models, other finishes are available. The flip-lock bracelet has a heavy clasp with no sharp edges which is modest. Hour, minute, and second hands are painted with the company's own Tritnite luminous paint for enhanced visibility in conditions of low light. They are set against a white watch face for a muted look, in contrast to the hour and minute hands which feature black piping along their length. The second hand ends in an arrow-point to distinguish the three thin hands of this watch. These models run on quartz movement for exceptionally reliable timekeeping. Water resistance is rated at six hundred and sixty feet deep.

This watch is the heir to a legacy of excellence first conceived by founder Raphael Picard in La Chaux-de-fonds, Switzerland, in 1837.
