Whenever the climate changes to warm and sunny, people cannot help but think about barbecues, grilled treats, flame-cooked recipes, etc. That's because summer allows for very interesting outdoor activities including barbecue parties. There's no better way to spend your summer than taking out your grill and pop in some tasty meals. If you think you've had enough of the usual pork chops and steaks and chicken skewers, why not try this very interesting recipe: Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers cooked just right on the grill!

What you will need: * Jalapeno peppers, of course * Cream cheese * Bacon * Sausage * Other cheese varieties according to your taste (mozzarella, parmesan, etc.) * Garlic, minced * Onion, chopped

How to: 1. Dress up your Jalapeno peppers. In this case, it means that you will remove the top part and the seeds. Cut them in halves for easier deseeding. If you do not take out the seeds, the spicy flavor of the peppers will remain.

2. Soften the cream cheese then spread it onto the insides of your Jalapeno peppers.

3. Chop the rest of your ingredients and combine them in a bowl (including the cheeses). If you want a finer consistency, you may use the food processor instead of just the knife.

4. Stuff the mixture onto the pepper halves.

5. Wrap the stuffed peppers in bacon. Use toothpicks to hold the pepper and the bacon in place. Since you will use the grill to cook this, you must wet the toothpicks before using them to avoid burning them.

6. Place your stuffed Jalapeno peppers on the grill until the bacon is cooked.

7. You may prepare a salsa to serve this recipe with. But you may serve this alone as it is mouthwatering on its own.

Stuffed Jalapeno peppers cooked perfectly on the grill is an exciting dish that you could serve as an appetizer. The flavor of the peppers combined with the meaty and cheesy goodness of the stuffing will surely solicit a lot of oohs and aaahs from your guests.

Aside from being real tasty, this stuffed Jalapeno pepper recipe is so easy to prepare, so easy to cook, and very appetizing to serve. Next time you are having an outdoor party, do not forget to try this dish. For sure, your family and friends would love you even more. It's a good alternative to the usual treats that you can use your very reliable grill for.

Grilled stuffed Jalapeno peppers are tasty and gives an exciting ooomph to a menu.
