No one cares about you, your product or service. Not really. Until you establish yourself as an expert and become the solution for people's problems.

Yes, know all about your company, your product and your comp plan. Be able to intelligently answer questions. Showcase the best qualities of what you offer. But keep in mind, this is not the most important ingredient to online success with your MLM business.
