There are a huge amount of people in every country who do not do any exercise, but as human beings just a simple few minutes a day can add huge benefits over a lifetime. One of these is toning up which adds both muscle to your body, allows you burn calories easier but also makes you feel great even if you do not loose weight straight away.

Toning up is easy to achieve on a trampoline just by simply using it for a short period of time a day, or even longer if you are having even more fun that you intended. As you are jumping up and down, your whole body is receiving a excellent workout from your shoulders, waist, knees and feet. They are all adding to the control you need to jump on a trampoline so require calories to work but also strengthen over time.

The strengthening of the muscles being used increases their mass so your body becomes more toned. This does not mean the same as weight training or weight lifting which is a more heavier equivalent, but it does mean your whole aerobic and muscular system improves.

The coordination need to bounce successfully on a trampoline is more than you may first realise if you have not been on a trampoline before. The original push required to start bouncing may not be much but it can be easy to loose your balance. Even these actions are using muscles you may not realise you had, as the next day or so you can find you are stiff and ache. This is where the muscle fibres have broken and are now repairing themselves, which when complete adds strength to them.

For children, jumping on a trampoline is an excellent way to keep slim and healthy and away from the electronic world of games consoles, TV and computers. The fresh air adds to a healthy fitness routine although when children are using a trampoline, they do not realise it is actually exercise. This is a great benefit as trying to take children for a walk can be a nightmare so the fun factor certainly deters them away from the stigma of exercise.

Children can also tone up on a trampoline although to them this is not something they are aiming for. As an adult we feel we need to look and feel better about ourselves so much more important. What is important is both children and adults stay slim and healthy throughout their lives so toning up is one step closer to this and will lead to a healthier lifestyle for many years, but getting there is also incredible fun with a trampoline in your garden.

In forty years of pursuing game, sea and freshwater fish, I've suffered and exhilarated through a number of stages. First, as is everyone at the beginning, I was a pure innocent, knowing nothing of the art of fishing. As time went by I collected a modicum of skill in enticing run of the mill fish to my lure. Then I accomplished the next stage of fishing for certain individual working fish and many times taking them. This made me an expert.

Wet fly fishing is the best known and at one time was practically the only manner in which flies were fished.
