Are you looking to have a fun and recreational activity with your kids? Did you know that you and your kids can now share the same passion and exercise at the same time? Introducing, kids yoga. The exercise can be done while you bond with them at home. Provided that you know how to teach the positions meant for kid and toddlers.

These are some of the positions that you must learn:

1. Glow

2. Mandalas

3. In the Groove

4. Float

5. Hide Away

6. Soar

7. Branch out

8. Spin

9. Hit the bulls eye

Before getting started, I have listed some of the important points to take note.

1. As a way to encourage your kid, tell them to join your session a couple of minutes before you end.

2. You will be teaching your kids, so you must be patient when they start to play around.

3. Warm up exercise must also be implemented similar to any other exercise routine.

4. All the positions must be demonstrated step by step.

5. Never let them do the exercise if their tummy is full.

6. If your child is below 6 years old. They can practice yoga for up to 15 minutes. That is roughly a minute per exercise. If your child is more than 6 years old, the session can last up to 25 minutes.

7. This can be strenuous for kids. You should always have frequent breaks.

Those are the basic things you must be aware of. That is for your child's safety so better ensure these are properly implemented.

Kids yoga is indeed beneficial for adults and kids as well. It will also improve their concentration, focus and strength. This can surely improve their over-all wellness.

Here are some other benefits kids can get with yoga:

- Enhances calmness

- Assist in building up self esteem

- Harness creative thinking

- Improves mental ability

- Balancing improvement

Typically, both physical and social health will be enhanced. As the child grows and continue to practice yoga, his attitude and mindset will also be benefitted.

Here are other tips to encourage your child to join yoga:

a. Before you begin your session, invite them to watch you. This wouldgive them an overview of what could be in store for them.

b. Like what was previously stated, let them experience how to do some poses a couple of minutes before you stop the session.

c. Buy them colorful mats.

d. Encourage relaxation techniques

e. Always commend them once they are able to perform a certain posture.

Sooner or later, you will just be surprised that they are also in to yoga as much as you like it.

Make it as your past time activity. Never forget about the guidelines especially if you will allow them to do the exercise at an early age.

I hope I was able to provide all the answers to your hanging questions in mind. Begin yoga now and start reaping the benefits.
