Tip #1 - Learn to Breathe Correctly

One great tip to help you cure your stress fast is to learn to breathe correctly. Whenever you start feeling stress overtaking you and the tension that comes with it, you can cure stress by breathing correctly. You can do this by taking slow, deep breaths. Breathe in through the nose and then exhale through the mouth. This will help to relax you and eliminate some of the stress you're dealing with.
