Here are some tips to help you earn income from home through affiliate programs.

1. Look at the product

The first thing you want to do is look at the product. Ask yourself if you would purchase this product if someone approached you. It has to be appealing and worthy of buying for you to even consider getting involved whatsoever. If you would not buy it, what makes you think someone else would?

2. Look at the pay plan

At the same time, you have to keep in mind the business you are working with. Just because you do not have to worry about the product itself does not mean no effort is needed. You must run each affiliate program as if it is a business of your own. For this reason, it is best not to join more than 10 programs total.
