Solar Power-Married Man Finds Second Love!

At 73 years of age, it may seem unusual for someone to find a second love. This chap, at school, was often described as "tall and lanky, skinny and cranky" and to be quite honest, he has not shown much improvement in the looks stakes since then. Perhaps I had better do some explaining to set the scene for my most important ever article.

This chap happens to be Bill Adams, an Aussie retiree, who has banking, horse racing administration and real estate salesman background. His first love is his wife of 50 years Joan, and his 3 sons and extended family. They love them all dearly. But Bill has blossomed beyond belief lately; he has met up with a new love, and spends lots of time spruiking about it. In fact, he told me today that he does not want to keep it a secret; he wants everyone in the world to know about it. Is he nuts? Not really, just an enthusiastic fella with a message for the multitudes.

He has told you about his careers, but there are lots of other things he has been involved in which you should know about. He planted a vineyard back in the early 70's, and sold it soon after. He farmed a cropping and sheep property for 6 years; he spec built and sold houses, and in the early 90's, sick and tired of wild superannuation promises, bought and planted a 200 acre radiata pine forest. Have enthusiasm, will travel!

Bill Adams is a positive person, enthusiastic about whatever he takes on, and detests the words can't and wont. Another non favourite are politicians, irrespective of parties, but as a group, he has been heard to call them dills on pills. Worse still, he once labeled them all as pimples on the bum of progress. More about that later. Suffice to say, he is not wrapped in the political world, he reckons compulsory voting is a form of encouragement for this egoistical group, wonders what results would be if it was a voluntary process?

My article is about solar power. It's beyond Bill's belief that this resource, which is available in inexhaustible abundance, has only been adapted in a pitiful percentage of its true potential. In his opinion, every house and commercial buildings built hereafter, everywhere in the world should have the infrastructure to carry the weight of solar panels and wind mills. Building this strength in at construction must surely be more economical than at a later date. Like every bit of new technology, the first releases come at a very high cost, then the smartest move in and produce like products at less cost than the original. Then another tier of the not so greedy manufacturers cut the price, eventually the consumer gets a reasonable deal.

I am going to produce dozens of articles on this pet love of mine, solar power. It will be a weekly issue, and I encourage my readers to seek them out. At this point in time, I want to direct you to a website that is true blue, devoid of hype, factual and highly educational. In fact, this is the best deal I have ever had the pleasure of reading about in the last 20 years of my life. The word deal does not really suit the offer; it is more like a gift, probably the best 50 bucks you will ever spend. If anyone in this world reckons the cost of conventional power is going to decrease, they must be joking. It creeps up nearly every time you get a bill, but the great news is you, and everyone else, has an alternative. You can convert a substantial cost into a credit situation, and you better believe it, it's 100% true.

Your Government will not solve your rising power and cost of living expenses, so here is your chance to take the bull by the horns and do something useful for yourself. Why not coerce your neighbours to do likewise, or help them out and earn an extra dollar for yourself.

The scope here is enormous, youngsters out of work could find a job doing this for Mom and Dad and others not able to do so for themselves. They could save 100% of the household power bill and pay their board as a contra. The sky is the limit, and my next article will certainly have lot's more scenarios for everyone to explore.
